Retrieving Archived Exams or Images

How to retrieve exams or images that have been archived from a patients account.

To restore exams or images archived from the patient or exam screen, follow the steps below.

Please note: For your safety and system integrity, only modify XDR Admin Console settings as instructed by an XDR support representative.

  • Locate the XDR\Software\Utilities folder on the server
  • There will be an XDR Admin Console located in the folder

  • Double-click the XDR Admin Console.

  • Enter the password “xdradmin” and click Go.

Recovering an archived exam

  • Click on Archive Management and enter the patient’s details in the fields provided.

  • Double-click the patient's name.

  • If an entire exam is archived, it will display 'True' in the 'Archived' column. To restore the exam, select it and click 'Toggle Archive'.

  • Click on OK

Recovering an archived image

  • To restore an archived image, begin by double-clicking the exam where the image is stored.

  • Archived images are marked as 'True' in the 'Archived' column. To restore an image, select it and click 'Toggle Archive'.

  • Click on OK
