Problem executing SQL command: Lock wait timeout

This error usually leads to difficulties in saving or editing exams.

This issue usually arises when the database is awaiting a workstation to finish an operation. We suggest attempting the following to address the problem

  • Shutting down XDR on every workstation

  • Restarting the MyXDR Service on the server

  • Restarting the server if necessary
